Don’t Forget:

  1.  To provide us with your complete shipping address (no PO Boxes please).
  2.  List item number, description and quantity for each item.
  3.  Note any special instructions (e.g. personalization, shipping details, etc.)
  4.  Indicate your daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
  5.  Include your payment or payment information with your order.

Shipping Info: All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.  Actual shipping costs will be added to credit card orders.  Prices listed are subject to change without notice.  We can ship International shipments with preparation of all custom packages at no charge.

Delivery:  In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours.  If you need it out same day just ask, no additional charge!  Allow 7-10 days for custom orders.  For special handling or events call us.

Quantities: In some cases, large orders for a single item may qualify for a quantity discount.  For large quantities call customer service to inquire stock availability. 

Prices/Sales Tax: All prices are U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana.  Indiana residents add 7% sales tax.  All other sate and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user.

Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Provide 16-digit card number, the name as it appears on the card and expiration date.  Also personal checks, and money orders made payable to St. Andrews Products. COD is also available.  Certain accounts may be approved for NET 30. 

Returns/Exchanges: Stock items may be returned within 14 days, if you are not completely satisfied.  However, personalized and custom orders are not returnable.  Note: Products may be different than how they appear in this catalog.

Artwork: We can accept any kind of art file you send us but we prefer PDF, EPS or JPEG.
